Engineering Solutions to be the Engineer of Record for Libby Hall Renovation

Engineering Solutions will be the engineer of record for the renovation of the mechanical system for historic Libby Hall on the Campus of EmberHope/Youthville in Newton, KS.  Libby Hall was constructed in 1929 on the site of the Methodist Home for Children. 

Our project includes replacement of HVAC equipment that has exceeded their useful life, replacement and rezoning of the duct systems, upgrading the building energy efficiency by replacing existing controls with a new direct digital control system (DDC) and providing a system to introduce outside ventilation air to the building. This outside air ventilation system will bring the building up to Code compliance and provide better environment for the building occupants.

We’re excited to be a part of the renovation of such an iconic building in the history of Kansas.
